Robert Helms and Jan Oberländer aka Tracker are the two man combo from the baltic sea. Since 1998 the two work away on their synthesisers and beatmachines to create their stylistic unique idea of electronic dance music. Beginning in 2003 they named themselves Tracker. The two are a symbiosis of two styles making the liveproject a vivid experience. Jan Oberländer, a respected DJ played long in the club scence of Rostock, is the man for bass beats and arrangement at Tracker. Robert Helms, on the other hand, came initially as a producer of Electronic Body Music, brings handmade leads and melody on analog Synthesisers, underlining the meaning of their live project. The sound both create is best described as driving Techno and melodic Electro. The choice to not use a Laptop and pre-produced loops makes Tracker a crowd pleaser as they can react to the audience and its mood. Tracker lets everyone join the dancefloor a live project of a special kind not to be missed.
